Returns
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for eligible items. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition that you received them.

Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items may not be eligible for return if opened or used.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 3 days of delivery at your@email.com with your order number and clear photos of the issue.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you if your refund has been approved. Approved refunds will be issued back to your original payment method.

Shipping Costs
Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a damaged item.
